The Rover Jump Over is an adjustable jump bar challenge that allows for quick and easy height changes higher for experienced jumpers and lower for beginners and small dogs. The height can adjust simply by moving the bar to higher or lower notches in the frame. Mounts inground or surface mounts with anchor bolts.
