The Locking Fold-Down Bollard is an ideal application for facilities or recreational trails wanting to prevent traffic in unauthorized areas. The base can be padlocked when the bollard is in the upright position to prevent unwanted vehicle traffic - or it can be unlocked and temporarily laid flat to allow authorized traffic when needed
