Model 8200WC barrier-free combination shower and eye/face wash features a 10-5/8" ABS plastic showerhead and an ABS plastic Omni-Flo wrap around eye/face wash. A pull rod activates shower. Push flag activates eyewash. Pipe and fitting: 1-1/4" Schedule 40 hot-dipped galvanized steel. Supply and Waste: 1-1/4" IPS.

• gray powder-coated cast-iron 9" diameter floor flange with 1-1/4" IPS hot-dipped galvanized tee.
• vertical universal combination emergency shower and eyewash sign. Size: 8" x 10-3/4".
• self-adhesive high visibility 21" long stripe in Safety Green and bright yellow.
• a green waterproof test card with space for date and initials of inspector. Used to record weekly testing of emergency equipment.
