This 5' by 14" cradle Portable Pit Rotisserie comes with a patented lock arm system designed exclusively for large animal cooking. The arms hold the body open for much faster and more thorough cooking. Cook over your own pit design, on the ground or barrel. All the troubles of cooking large animals on a spit rod are eliminated - no spearing, tying, wiring or counter-weighting. Comes with the heavy gauge stainless steel cradle, frame system with 5 position adjustment system and heavy duty commercial 110 UL approved 2 RPM direct drive motor. Can be operated by a single chef.
