Engineered for institutional use, and the catering and party rental industries, but very popular with backyard entertainers as well this Cradle Rotisserie allows you do your own pig or lamb roast and cook a turkey or ham along side. Designed for its reliability, durability, simplicity of use, and ease of cleaning, this 304 stainless steel rotisserie unit has made the spit rod obsolete – no tying, wiring, spearing or counter-weighting. Comes with heavy gauge steel fire box; 5 position adjustment on either end to move food closer/further from the fire, removable legs and 5" casters; side heat control panels for regulating temperature and cooking time; heavy duty commercial 110 UL approved 2 RPM direct drive motor; and patented lock arm system. Manufacturer's limited life-time warranty ensures that these units were built to provide decades of faithful use.
