MARKSTAAR's "Preferred" non-elevated aluminum bleachers provide quality construction at an affordable price. 3 Row models are under 30", therefore most building codes do not require guardrails. All "Preferred" bleachers 5 rows and higher include riser plank under seat row 4 and above, plus chain link guardrail to close all spaces over 30" above grade to less than a 4" opening.
