Model HWCT8 barrier-free, full recessed electric drinking fountain features a large basin with matching panel and grille manufactured of 18 gauge, Type 304 Stainless Steel with a satin finish. It is designed to be installed above a wheelchair access area. The refrigeration system is balanced to provide low energy usage and a longer life assured by utilizing a high displacement compressor, a counterflow cooling evaporator/chiller, efficient capillary sizing, a large capacity dryer-strainer, and a fan-cooled condenser with maximum heat exchange. 115V, 60 Hz. Environmentally friendly R134a refrigerant is controlled by calibrated capillary tube. Model HWCT8 features front mounted push button valve, vandal-resistant bubbler head and provides 8 gallons per hour of chilled water. The slots on the grille are designed to eliminate any sharp edges, and they are small enough to prevent intrusion from fingers or objects. The grille is also backed with a foam filter that protects the fan motor and compressor from dust and debris. Capacity is based on ARI standard rating conditions of 80°F inlet water temperature, 90°F room temperature, 50°F drinking water temperature. Model HWCT8 is designed to meet the Americans with Disabilities Act. Filter: Model 6426, 12" x 2", in-line lead removal element that reduces lead from incoming water supply to levels below 15 ppb for up to 500 gallons. Filter has a maximum flow of .5gpm.
