MARKSTAAR park and picnic tables are designed for comfortable use by the park patrons, and easy to own for the park manager.
The frame provides strength and stability so the table will not tip if all persons are seated on one side. Nothing extends behind the seat, eliminating the possibility of tripping. The walk-through feature assures easy access because there is no obstruction between seat and top. Skid type construction permits movement of table without damage to grass. 3 Frame Sizes. Park Service Table Frames are made in 3 sizes for different specifications and applications. The ST Series tables are built using 1.50 inch O.D. x 1/8 inch wall structural steel tubing to offer the best combination of strength, durability and economy. These picnic tables are ideal for well controlled, light use areas. ST series frames are not galvanized, only in black enamel finish. The UT Series tables use 1.66 inch O.D. steel pipe to meet the 1-1/4"nominal pipe size specifications. This rugged table is perfect for picnic areas and campsites. The XT Series tables are constructed specifically for heavy use areas where unusually difficult service may be required. The end frames are fabricated from larger 2.375 inch O.D. steel pipe to meet the 2" nominal steel pipe size specification. This heavy duty picnic table is extremely popular. No Compromise Design. End frames are welded into strong, one-piece units with A-36 structural grade, steel angle to support the seats and top. Precision drilled lumber and 3/8" carriage bolts are provided at all wood fastening locations for better clamping action. Hot-Dip Galvanized Finish. Frames are hot-dip galvanized after fabrication for superior corrosion protection. Weep holes are provided at the bottom of the frame for drainage. Attractive painted enamel is also available and provides a durable, lasting finish. Pre-Drilled Lumber For Ease of Assembly. Table tops and seats are precision drilled to allow fast, easy assembly. All exposed edges are routed to a 3/8" radius for improved safety and appearance. Seat and Top Options. Standard equipment includes seat and top lumber of untreated #1 southern yellow pine. Other material options include: Pressure treated #1 pine, aluminum, expanded steel or perforated steel coated with vinyl Plastisol, and planks of 100% recycled plastic in a choice of colors. ST Series tables are only available with lumber. Complete Tables or Frames Only. You can buy complete tables (frames plus your choice of top and seat materials), or buy just the frame kits (which include fasteners) and provide your own lumber from a local source.
